| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部113年8月22日臺教社(四)字第1132402531號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本獎項表揚對象包含： |
| (一) | 團體獎：機關（構）、公私立幼兒園、學校、學校認可之學生社團（團隊）、依法立案之團體及法人組織。 |
| (二) | 終身奉獻獎及個人獎：學校教職員工生及實際從事本土語言推展之個人。 |
| 三、 | 凡有下列事蹟者，均得由推薦單位予以推薦表揚： |
| (一) | 長期致力本土語言之推動工作，足為社會典範之個人。 |
| (二) | 從事本土語言之創作、展演、傳播或推廣，足以振奮人心。 |
| (三) | 從事本土語言復育、調查、研究或出版，具相當成效。 |
| (四) | 捐資成立或充實有關本土語言之圖書館、博物館或其他文教設施，影響深遠。 |
| (五) | 捐贈、捐助及成立推展本土語言著有績效之團體，貢獻卓著。 |
| 四、 | 本獎項採推薦方式辦理，相關資訊請至官網（網址https://nlaward.moe.edu.tw/）瀏覽。 |
