| 主旨： | 轉知客家委員會「HAKKA客語輸入法」應用程式已上架，鼓勵於教育用行動載具下載使用，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據客家委員會（以下簡稱客委會）113年10月18日客會語字第1136701019號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 客委會自民國110年起委託辦理「臺灣客語語音資料庫」計畫，迄今已完成四縣腔及海陸腔平行辭庫、語音資料蒐錄及建置語音辨識功能，並於113年起在語音資料庫及語音辨識功能的基礎上，開發適用於手機、平板等行動裝置之客語輸入法應用程式。 |
| 三、 | 旨揭應用程式業於113年9月25日於App Store與Google Play平台上架，提供功能如下： |
| (一) | 支援腔調：四縣腔及海陸腔。 |
| (二) | 輸入方式：拼音輸入及語音輸入（iOS系統預計於10月底提供語音輸入功能）。 |
| (三) | 輸出方式：除「客語漢字文字」輸出，另提供「客語漢字轉圖片」、「客語拼音」及「客語漢字加註拼音」等輸出功能，讓目前因Apple或Google作業系統尚未納入字庫之罕見字，在顯示上有替代選項。 |
| 四、 | 本案輸入法應用程式作為教學工具，得讓客語學習者透過拼音及語音輸入，訓練、學習正確的客語拼音及發音，歡迎師生多多下載利用，下載連結： |
