| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部補助辦理教學輔導教師實踐方案作業要點、「桃園市114學年度國民中小學教學輔導教師支持實施計畫」辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本計畫透過教學輔導教師提供專業支持與協助，精進學校教師於課程設計、課堂教學、班級經營及建置教學檔案等專業成長，以提升學生學習成效，鼓勵教師踴躍申請。 |
| 三、 | 申請人員資格為教學輔導教師:依教育部規定進行儲訓、甄選推薦及認證等程序取得教學輔導教師資格，且能有計畫提供同儕於教學實務及專業成長上支持者。 |
| 四、 | 申請方式 |
| (一) | 申請人教學輔導教師規劃114學年度之輔導工作，填寫申請表由教學輔導教師所屬學校核章，於114年9月12日前(以郵戳為憑)寄送申請表至「桃園市校長及教師專業發展中心」(桃園市西門國小)。 |
| (二) | 「桃園市校長及教師專業發展中心」依據申請表項目審查， 114年9月30日以前於網站(http://lcg.rhps.tyc.edu.tw/ )公告教學輔導教師補助名單。 |
| 五、 | 檢附「桃園市114學年度國民中小學教學輔導教師支持實施計畫」1份。 |
