| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署114年10月8日臺教國署學字第1140098755A號函辦理(如附件)。 |
| 二、 | 近年境外APP小紅書為國人下載使用，產生資訊安全疑慮、詐騙或其他校園安全事件，經查內政部警政署165打詐儀表板「縣市案例」列有423件因使用小紅書遭詐騙之案例，態樣包含：網路購物詐騙、假交友（投資詐財）詐騙、假買家騙賣家詐騙、假求職詐騙、色情應召詐財詐騙等。 |
