| 主旨： | 為促進兒童及青少年健康上網，共同維護其使用網路安全，避免暴力、色情網站危害兒少身心健康，教育部推動相關具體措施如說明，請協助推廣，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部114年11月4日臺教授國字第1145805811A號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為強化家長數位防護意識，提升兒童及青少年生活與學習品質，並落實家庭、學校與社會共同守護學生健康上網，爰邀請家長共同參與教育部推動相關行動方案，並請貴校透過網站、家長會或親師座談會及家長群組等多元管道協助宣導及推廣： |
| (一) | 教育部已建置免費「數位工具包」資源，提供圖解操作手冊與教學影片，協助家長設定子女手機使用時間、過濾暴力與色情等不當內容等功能，相關資源連結： https://gov.tw/bLU 。倘家長無法自行完成安裝，亦可至三大電信業者指定之直營門市（ https://reurl.cc/gn7jMX ），經簽署同意書後，由門市人員現場協助其自行安裝或設定該功能並指導使用。 |
| (二) | 請結合家庭教育中心、社區大學、樂齡學習中心等社會教育資源，於相關課程中導入數位工具包介紹與網路風險防護宣導，以提升家長敏感度與應對能力。 |
| (三) | 教育部已製作親子溝通技巧推廣資料（如附件），協助家長掌握與子女良好溝通的方法，共築健康上網之家庭環境。 |
| (四) | 鼓勵各校可結合iWIN網路內容防護機構，進入校園辦理相關講座與家長說明會，協助師生與家長認識網路風險樣態、學習有效應對策略，落實親師合作、共護孩子數位安全。 |
| 三、 | 請貴校協助推廣，俾共同強化家庭數位防護意識，確保學生遠離暴力與色情網站，健康使用網路環境。 |
