| 114年度小桃子資訊教育推廣第2期徵選活動 |
| 主旨： | 檢送本校辦理「桃園市114學年度本土語文補充教材課文及教學活動設計徵選活動」，請貴校教師踴躍報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據中華民國114年9月22日桃教小字第1140091556號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 參賽對象： 歡迎全市各公立國中小教師報名送件，每件作品作者限定由一至四名共同創作（不需為同校），且每人參賽以三件為限。 |
| 三、 | 重要時程： |
| (一) | 收件日期：即日起至115年2月26日(四)止。 |
| (二) | 審查作業：115年3月11日(三)。 |
| (三) | 成果發表會：115年3月25日(三)13:00~17:30。 |
| 四、 | 獎勵內容： |
| (一) | 作品名額及獎勵內容如下： |
| １、 | 特優，取2件作品，核發作者5,000元禮券，並頒發獎狀。 |
| ２、 | 優等，取3件作品，核發作者4,000元禮券，並頒發獎狀。 |
| ３、 | 甲等，取4件作品，核發作者2,000元禮券，並頒發獎狀。 |
| ４、 | 佳作，取3件作品，核發作者1,000元禮券，並頒發獎狀。 |
| (二) | 未達水準者得從缺，倘作品屬共同創作時，禮券由作者群均分。 |
| (三) | 依據「桃園市政府所屬各機關學校獎勵案件核發禮品禮券實施要點」，獎勵案件核發禮品或禮券，其核發名額以不超過參加人數（或團體數）百分之二十為限。 |
| 五、 | 收件方式： |
| (一) | 紙本文件部分，請用信封裝妥，並於信封上註明作品名稱、組別、參賽單位、作者等，於收件截止日前送（寄）達桃園市華勛國民小學學務處收。地址：32077桃園市中壢區榮民南路205號。聯絡電話：（03）4661587轉310或311。 |
| (二) | 電子檔案部分，檔案名稱請以校名-參賽者姓名-作品名稱命名，例如：華勛國小-劉瓊文-本土語文作品輯錄，email至wendyliu@hses.tyc.edu.tw。繳交電子檔後，請電洽或email向華勛國小學務處劉主任確認。 |
| (三) | 紙本文件、電子檔案皆需完整繳交。 |
