| 主旨： | 檢送「2026小公民大行動小學生關懷社會行動方案徵選活動辦法」，敬請貴校鼓勵學生組隊報名參加，詳如說明，惠請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 為鼓勵小學生關懷社會、參與社會，聯華電子科技文教基金會與國語日報社合作，舉辦「2026小公民大行動小學生關懷社會行動方案徵選活動」，希望帶動國小學生思考社會、自然、文化等各面向議題，並以團隊合作方式展開行動，培養解決問題的能力。 |
| 二、 | 本活動參與對象為全國公私立國小之學生，由教師指導學生組隊報名參加。收件時間為2026年10月12日至2026年11月15日。參賽團隊可進入國語日報社（ https://www.mdnkids.com/ ）網站「小公民大行動」活動網頁提交作品，或上網搜尋關鍵字「小公民大行動2026」，進入報名網頁提交作品。 |
| 三、 | 本活動為公益性質，全程不收取任何費用。入選的學生團隊，特優作品可獲贈一萬元獎學金，優選作品可獲贈六千元獎學金，佳作可獲贈三千元獎學金。 |
