| 一、 | 依據新北市政府文化局113年4月12日新北文發字第1130691762號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 新北市為深耕電影藝術，本(113)年度持續辦理「2024新北市學生影像新星獎」，以鼓勵青年學生從事影像創作，培育未來影像創作人才。 |
| 三、 | 為推廣國中小學生參賽之「種子新星組」，本年度辦理2場「線上分享工作坊」，邀請去年種子新星組得獎團隊指導老師進行經驗分享，以如何引導學生撰寫拍攝計畫、完成影片、補助金運用為主題，敬請卓參並協助推廣報名。各場次資訊分述如下： |
