一、 依據教育部國民及學前教育署113年12月23日臺教國署學字第1130150787號函辦理。
二、 近期媒體關切針筒玩具(即擠痘痘玩具)之安全性，爰經標局就該商品檢驗相關規定，說明如下：
(一) 旨揭商品係矽膠材質玩偶及附有針頭(筒)之成套商品，屬經標局公告應施檢驗玩具商品範圍。
(二) 依國家標准CNS 4797-3「玩具安全-第3部：機械性及物理性」第4.7節規定，該商品依第5.9節(尖端試驗)測試時，不得含有危害尖端。如附有針頭(筒)者，即不符合前述規定，不得於市場銷售。
三、 為落實旨揭商品進入市場管理，經標局業將前揭規定函請相關單位知悉，上市前應確保商品不得含有可注射人體之針頭(筒)或另以配件形式搭配玩偶銷售，違反者將依商品檢驗法論處；並請貴校向師生加強宣導，不得朝人體使用。
四、 請貴校賡續運用各種集會、課程及舉辦親師座談等多元管道方式，宣導相關事宜，共同維護學生身心健康及確保校園安全。
