| 二、 | 相關活動資訊如下： |
| (一) | 活動日期：114年8月30日-31日；9月3日、6日、7日、10日， 共 6 天。(每天4梯次，每梯次30人) |
| (二) | 活動地點：石門水庫阿姆坪水域及阿姆坪運動訓練中心旁的貨櫃屋。 |
| (三) | 若有調整時間，擬於百吉國小網站公告。 |
| 三、 | 報名方式： |
| (一) | 公告日起至113年9月4日或額滿截止。 |
| １、 | 團體報名時間：114年7月9日至114年8月5日。 |
| ２、 | 個人報名時間：114年8月6日至額滿截止。 |
| (二) | 團體報名：至少15人以上，請填寫團體報名表後傳送至LINEID：@602vjqcb，待回覆確認後即為報名成功。 |
| (三) | 個人報名：https://forms.gle/GazA1RpLqhRGJX4b8 報名表單(報名一位請填寫一張表單)。 |
| 四、 | 關學校組隊&參加人員請准予公(差)假登記。 |
