| 一、 | 本活動旨在透過寫生繪畫，引導學生觀察自然環境、認識水土保持與土地永續的重要性，並透過創作表達環境關懷與美感體驗。 |
| 二、 | 寫生比賽活動資訊如下： |
| (一) | 日期：114年10月18日（星期六）。 |
| (二) | 時間：上午9時30分至下午2時30分。 |
| (三) | 地點：農業部茶及飲料作物改良場水土保持戶外教室（桃園市楊梅區中興路324號）。 |
| (四) | 活動主題：「守護土地的藝術」，以茶改場園區內之水土保持設施、自然生態環境、農業景觀或茶產業文化特色為主題，透過繪畫展現「人與土地共好」的理念。 |
| (五) | 參與對象：對繪畫與環境議題有興趣之桃園市楊梅鄰近國小學生參加，報名參加者須為在學學生且需經學校或家長同意。 |
| (六) | 比賽方式：採網路預先報名，活動當日現場寫生，不得攜帶已完成作品參賽。參賽者應自備畫具（如畫筆、水彩、顏料、調色盤、畫架等），主辦單位統一提供比賽用四開圖畫紙一張，不得更換。 |
