主旨：檢送火光刀玩具宣導事項資料1份，詳如說明，請查照。

說明：

一、	依據經濟部標準檢驗局114年10月2日經標檢政字第11430019550號函辦理。

二、	查火光刀玩具係屬武器玩具，屬經濟部標準檢驗局公告應施檢驗玩具商品範圍，進口及出廠前須經該局檢驗符合CNS 4797-3等規定，貼附商品檢驗標識，始能於國內市場上銷售。

三、	火光刀玩具內含打火石等成分，玩具出鞘瞬間產生之火花可能會造成兒童眼睛危害。特請幼兒園、國民小學老師向學生及家長宣導應選購貼有商品檢驗標識之玩具，及不宜使用無商品檢驗標識之火光刀等武器玩具，以免發生危害。

四、	副本抄送本局相關單位，亦請協助宣導旨揭資料及刊載於相關網站/社群週知。
