| 主旨： | 西門國小辦理114年度區域性資優教育充實方案：「在地記者體驗營」，請惠予公告周知並鼓勵貴校113學年度四、五年級學生踴躍報名參加，請 查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據桃園市西門國小「114年度區域性多元資優教育充實方案實施計畫」辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動訊息如下: |
| (一) | 活動時間：114年7月7日（一）至7月11日（五），每日上午9時至下午4時，共5天。 |
| (二) | 活動地點：桃園市桃園區西門國小（桃園市桃園區莒光街15號）。 |
| (三) | 報名資格及人數：本市113學年度四、五年級學生，共計20名。 |
| １、 | 順位一：113學年度就讀本市國小四、五年級且通過本市資優鑑定之一般智能學生。 |
| ２、 | 順位二：113學年度就讀本市國小四、五年級學生具領導才能特質，經專家學者、指導教師或家長觀察推薦者。 |
| (四) | 報名時間：即日起至114年6月27日（五）中午12:00止。 |
| (五) | 報名方式：採學校團體推薦報名，每校至多推薦五名，另備取兩名。 |
| (六) | 收件方式：各校將核章後「資優特質檢核表」（附件一）、「個人報名表暨家長同意書」（附件二）及「團體報名表」（附件三）PDF檔，及附件三之word檔，寄至電子郵件(ta101804@simes.tyc.edu.tw)輔導室特教組劉怡君組長收（檔名: 00學校—114 年度資優方案）。 |
| (七) | 錄取標準： |
| １、 | 依上列報名資格之順位錄取，並參考學生資優特質檢核表（附件一）填寫內容，具備領導才能特質，且敘述中呈現對人文科學有強烈學習動機、善於觀察、具有解決問題能力等特質者，優先錄取。 |
| ２、 | 每校最多推薦五名學生，另備取二名，遇有缺額，由備取名單中遞補，共錄取20名，額滿為止。 |
| ３、 | 錄取名單於114年6月30日（星期一）16:00後公告於本校網頁 https://www.simes.tyc.edu.tw/nss/p/index。 |
| 三、 | 檢附旨揭活動實施計畫及報名表件Word檔各乙份。 |
