轉知國立臺灣圖書館114年「有愛無礙」雙視版本嬰幼兒閱讀禮袋申請辦法

一、	依據教育部國民及學前教育署(以下簡稱國教署)114年10月8日臺教國署幼字第1140105109號函辦理。

二、	教育部為照護視覺障礙族群，落實閱讀平權，委託國立臺灣圖書館邀請專家學者評選優良圖書，並分成0-3歲及3-5歲二種適讀年齡，製作雙視版本嬰幼兒閱讀禮袋，禮袋內容包含雙視圖書1冊及線上版視覺障礙者嬰幼兒閱讀指引，提供申請利用；分為以下申請對象：

(一)	家庭申請使用：0-5 歲具視覺障礙情形嬰幼兒或其主要照顧者領有視覺障礙之身心障礙手冊或證明者。以未曾領取過者優先，但開放往年曾領取過者重複申請，詳細說明請見申請辦法內「發送期間與順序」規定。

(二)	單位申請使用：招收有 0-5 歲具視覺障礙情形幼生之教保服務機構或特殊教育學校；須建立提供家長借用機制。

(三)	公共圖書館申請使用：服務對象包含 0-5 歲視覺障礙情形幼兒之公共圖書館；須建立提供家長借用機制。
