| 主旨： | 轉知臺北市民族實驗國民中學「116學年度新生入學簡章」及相關訊息，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依臺北市民族實驗國民中學(以下簡稱民族實中)115年9月3日北市族實中教字第1156006479號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 民族實中業於108學年度轉型為實驗學校，先予敘明。其入學方式採「申請登記報名」，不適用學區分發入學管道，新生入學資格凡符合簡章資格者，皆可提出入學申請。 |
| 三、 | 民族實中116學年度新生入學簡章內容調整如下：1.招生資格新增第四階段原住民學生，招生人數為2人。2.招生資格第五階段大學區入學，招生人數改為16人。 |
| 四、 | 請貴校協助於115年9月8日公告民族實中簡章及校網-頁面連結（ https://www.mtjh.tp.edu.tw/nss/p/index）於網站首頁及公告欄。 |
| 五、 | 俟民族實中於新生名單確認後函發通知國小，請將確認名單內的新生入學資料送至民族實中，俾利學校新生入學作業後續事宜。另未錄取學生，請國小端依本市公立國民中學新生分發入學作業工作進度表期程辦理，協助轉達學生及家長至原學區學校報到，以確實掌握所有學生入學動向。 |
| 六、 | 請公告並轉知國小畢業生及家長，有意願申請就讀民族實中者，請務必參加學校特定理念教育理念說明會。此為入學「申請登記報名」的超額比序條件之一，請勿錯過，以維權益。 |
| 七、 | 學校特定教育理念說明會辦理時間分別為115年11月14日(六)上午9時至11時、115年11月17日(二)晚間7時至9時，擇一場報名且參加即可。報名截止日期為115 年11月12日(四)晚間10時止。報名連結： https://forms.gle/KbinvvV84kt1VGPZ9。 |
