| 一、 | 依「友善家庭－公教員工福利服務措施推動方案」及參照「行政院所屬各機關學校辦理員工子女托育服務實施方案」辦理。 |
| 二、 | 本方案相關注意事項如下： |
| (一) | 優惠對象及方式： |
| １、 | 優惠對象為本府所屬各機關學校之公教員工，包含公教人員、技工、工友、駕駛、約聘僱人員及約用人員，以及本府所屬事業機構及行政法人之職員。 |
| ２、 | 憑員工卡、識別證或在職證明等文件，可享優惠方案。 |
| (二) | 本方案僅提供優惠資訊予優惠對象自由參考運用之，本府不經手任何金錢，亦不收取任何財務回饋；如發生消費糾紛或訴訟，由優惠適用對象逕依消費者保護法或民法之相關規定辦理，本府不介入當事人與托育服務機構間權利義務之履行。 |
| (三) | 本方案為2年1期，自本函文發文日為起始日至2年特約期滿為止；終止合作關係或托育服務機構停止營業時，將公告於本府人事處網站。 |
| (四) | 特約托育服務機構及優惠措施，可自行至本府人事處網站員工福利專區查詢。 |
| 三、 | 請各機關學校於113年7月31日前，持續洽詢所屬公教員工子女及孫子女已受托或當地之合法立案、評鑑優質且無不良紀錄或其他重大缺失之托育服務機構，與本府人事處簽署提供本府各機關（學校）員工特約托育服務優惠方案之意願，以提供所屬員工多樣化的選擇。 |
