函轉「教師待遇條例」第9條第1項第4款規定解釋令1份，請 查照。
說明：
一、 依據教育部114年5月14日臺教人(二)字第1140041480B號函 辦理。
二、 依據教育部114年5月14日臺教人（二）字第1140041480A 號令，核釋公立高級中等以下學校教師曾任公立幼兒(稚)園代理教師且服務成績優良之年資，為教師待遇條例第九條第一項第四款所定經本部認定等級相當之服務年資，每次期間三個月以上累積滿一年者，得提敘一級薪級。其服務成績優良之認定基準，比照教師職前年資採計提敘辦法第三條第一項第九款所定公立高級中等以下學校教師曾任代理教師之認定方式辦理。
三、 本部八十九年一月十日台(八九)人(一)字第八九○○○二九六號書函與本令釋未合部分，自即日起停止適用。
四、 隨函檢附教育部原函及解釋令各1份。
