檢送原住民族委員會公告「修正一百十四年度原住民族歲時祭儀放假日期」及常見問題集各1份，請查照辦理。
說明：
一、 依行政院人事行政總處114年8月1日總處培字第11400192511號函辦理，並檢附原函影本（含附件）1份。
二、 查「紀念日及節日實施條例」業奉總統於114年5月28日華總一義字第11400053171號令公布施行，依該條例第5條及第6條規定略以，各該原住民族歲時祭儀放假日期，由原住民族委員會（以下簡稱原民會）參酌各該原住民族習俗及徵詢各該原住民族部落意見後公告，並刊登政府公報；原住民依其族別歲時祭儀擇定3日放假。
三、 復查原民會前於114年6月9日辦理114年度原住民族歲時祭儀放假日期公告並刊登行政院公報，嗣經盤整各族群之歲時祭儀，於同年7月17日重新公告並修正上開放假日期在案。
四、 茲以「原住民族歲時祭儀」為各該原住民族法定放假日，具法定原住民族身分者，得於其本人、其父母或配偶之所屬民族歲時祭儀放假日期中擇3日放假。為保障公務機關原住民同仁依法申請歲時祭儀假之權益，請各人事單位熟悉相關法令及規定，並協助同仁申請歲時祭儀假。
