因應樺加沙颱風外圍環流帶來豪大雨，造成花東地區重大災情，請各機關學校依「天然災害停止上班及上課作業辦法」第13條規定，從寬認定給予所屬公教員工停止上班登記，請查照轉知。
說明：
一、 依行政院人事行政總處（下稱人事總處）114年9月25日總處培字第1143027201號函辦理，並檢附原函影本1份。
二、 查天然災害停止上班及上課作業辦法第13條規定：「（第1項）天然災害發生後，各機關、學校公教員工有下列情形之一者，得自行決定停止上班及上課，於事後陳報機關、學校首長：一、為清理天然災害所造成之普遍性災害。二、各機關、學校公教員工配偶、直系親屬有重大傷亡或失蹤。三、各機關、學校公教員工及其配偶、直系親屬所居住之房屋因受災倒塌或有倒塌之危險，或遭受重大損失時，為處理善後。四、災情已達停止上班及上課基準，因通訊中斷無法聯繫。五、其他因地形、交通、水電供應中斷或供應困難，影響通行、上班上課安全或有致災之虞。（第2項）機關、學校首長得在15日範圍內，視實際需要給予當事人停班（課）登記。」
