轉知教育部函，有關114年5月14日臺教人(二)字第1140041480A號令釋發布時在職之公立高級中等以下學校教師，如符合該令釋情形者，請依本函辦理改敘，請 查照。
說明：
一、 依教育部114年9月22日臺教人(二)字第1144203091號函辦理，並檢附原函1份。
二、 查該部114年5月14日令釋略以，公立高級中等以下學校教師曾任公立幼兒（稚）園代理教師且服務成績優良之年資，為教師待遇條例第9條第1項第4款所定經本部認定等級相當之服務年資，每次期間3個月以上累積滿1年者，得提敘1級薪級。
三、 前開令釋發布時在職教師，如具前述年資，應於114年9月22日函下達後3個月內申請改敘，並溯自114年5月14日生效；逾期申請者，自申請之日生效，另教育部114年6月16日書函與前函規定未合部分，請依該部114年9月22日函規定辦理。
四、 請各校務必通知符合條件得改敘薪級之教師，以確保當事人權益。
