| 一、 | 依據國立臺灣師範大學113年10月22日師大心測中字第1131030405號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 時間：113年12月4日(星期三)上午10時10分，議程及相關資訊如附件1。 |
| (二) | 對象：全國國民中小學教師、師資培育生及其他校內編制人員，皆可報名。 |
| １、 | 報名方式：請於報名期間填寫報名表單。報名表單連結：https://forms.gle/jXSaJzAbLdwigbMM7。 |
| ２、 | 本次活動不核予研習時數；師資培育生之實地學習時數由師資培育大學認定，則不在此限，需學習時數證明者，請於活動次日起一周內回傳各校採認之文件檔案至蘇小姐信箱，逾時恕不受理。 |
| ３、 | 地點：該校圖書館校區進修推廣學院一樓演講堂(地址：臺北市大安區和平東路一段129號)。 |
| (三) | 其它： |
| １、 | 本活動免費參與並提供午餐，惟交通及住宿皆由與會者負擔。 |
| ２、 | 行前通知或活動異動，將於各場次前五個工作天以電子郵件寄送，敬請報名者密切留意個人電子郵件信箱。 |
