| 主旨： | 有關本市辦理115年桃園市正念專注力研習營 「正念、社會情緒學習與生命教育(行政及教師梯次)」一案，請各校轉知所屬教師踴躍報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本局115年6月12日桃教中字第1150054456號函續辦。 |
| 二、 | 本次研習(行政及教師梯次梯次)目的：關注教師專業與身心健康的雙重增能，透過正念練習與社會情緒學習，引導教師培養自我覺察、情緒調適與同理溝通能力，提升面對教育現場多元挑戰的生活韌性與抗壓力；預計由本市六和高中蔡聖賢校長、學思達教育基金會張輝誠董事長、陶璽特殊教育工作室創辦人曲智鑛老師等講師進行分享，鼓勵各級學校行政人員及教師踴躍報名出席。 |
| 三、 | 本案研習資訊臚列如下： |
| (一) | 參加對象：本市高中職以下各級學校行政人員、教師等均可報名參加，請各校本權責核予公(差)假登記。 |
| (二) | 研習時間及報名方式：115年8月11日(星期二)起至8月12日(星期三)共計2天，每日上午9時至下午4時30分止， 研習代碼： E00046-260600002(第一天) 、E00046-260600003(第二天)。 |
| (三) | 研習地點：本市元生國小四樓視聽教室（桃園市中壢區文 化二路161號）。 |
| (四) | 報名方式：自115年6月15日起至115年7月30日中午12時止 ，請至「桃園市教育發展資源入口網」（https://drp.tyc.edu.tw/TYDRP/Index.aspx）報名，每梯次報名人數以200人為限。 |
| (五) | 停車資訊：研習車輛請停海豐海鮮餐廳(桃園市中壢區文 化路166號)停車場或元生國小(桃園市中壢區文化二路161 號)週邊收費停車場。 |
| (六) | 檢附本案研習計畫1份。 |
