轉知衛生福利部函文提醒勸募團體確實依法辦理公益勸募相關規定

一、	依據桃園市政府113年2月29日府社助字第1130048162號函辦理。

二、	查公益勸募條例第5條規定：「（第1項）本條例所稱勸募團體如下：一、公立學校。二、行政法人。三、公益性社團法人。四、財團法人。（第2項)各級政府機關（構）得基於公益目的接受所屬人員或外界主動捐贈，不得發起勸募。但遇重大災害或國際救援時，不在此限。」。

三、	學校基於公益目的，募集財物或接受捐贈之勸募行為及其管理，應依公益勸募條例之規定辦理。
