| 一、 | 依據桃園市政府113年1月18日府農務字第1130009525號函暨維家紅火蟻防治有限公司113年4月15日維桃施字11300012號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨案本所委託維家紅火蟻防治有限公司辦理，本次入侵紅火蟻餌劑防治勞務工作期程於113年5月1日開始施作(遇雨順延或天候不佳，施作日期將順延)，應完成履約期限為同年6月29日，且由馮清龍君(聯絡電話0983-650-621)為防治工作聯絡人。 |
| 三、 | 本次灑佈藥劑有效成分為美賜平(Methoprene)與賽滅寧(Cypermethrin)，藥劑相關資訊請洽植物保護資訊系統查詢(https://otserv2.tactri.gov.tw/PPM/)。 |
| 四、 | 請各里辦公處協助向轄內居民宣導相關施作事宜。另施藥後24小時內，請各單位協助宣導不進行澆水灌溉動作。 |
| 五、 | 本次規劃防治區域涵蓋公園等民眾及孩童進出頻繁區域，請維家紅火蟻防治有限公司施作時注意周遭人員安全。如需進入校園(或研究單位)施作，請先行與學校或機關聯繫。 |
| 六、 | 本案請桃園市政府警察局楊梅分局准許防治隊所用之各種機械、器材及車輛於本區作業時使用。 |
| 七、 | 檢附本案擬定施作計畫表及本區防治圖號地圖各1份。 |
