| 二、 | 查「公務人員退休資遣撫卹法」（以下簡稱退撫法）第17條第1項及第6項規定略以，公務人員任職滿5年，年滿60歲，應准其自願退休，具原住民身分者，降為55歲，但應配合原住民平均餘命與全體國民平均餘命差距之縮短，逐步提高其自願退休年齡至60歲，並由銓敘部每5年檢討1次，報考試院核定之。 |
| 三、 | 銓敘部經分析退撫法自107年7月1日施行至112年間，內政部公布之全體國民簡易生命表及原住民簡易生命表，以二者平均餘命之差距尚無顯著變化，爰經報陳考試院旨揭院會決議具原住民身分公務人員自願退休年齡仍予維持55歲。 |
