| 主旨： | 檢送本校2024新北市崇義高級中學『暑期棒球夏令營』實施計畫，敬請惠予公告周知，鼓勵熱愛棒球踴躍報名,無任感荷，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 新北市高級中等以下學校辦理學生暑假假期育樂營實施計畫。 |
| 二、 | 目的： |
| (一) | 推展學校運動風氣，增長學生棒球運動技能，養成終生運動好習慣。 |
| (二) | 提倡正當、動態休閒活動，促進體育教育的良性發展，強化學生體適能。 |
| (三) | 由專業的棒球指導教練及熱情有活力的本校棒球隊學生來帶領學員體驗打棒的樂趣，讓來參加的每一位學員都可以歡渡一個與眾不同的棒球假期，留下美好難忘的回憶。 |
| 三、 | 活動日期：113年8月2日(五)至113年8月5日(日)，為期三天兩夜。 |
| 四、 | 報名日期：即日起至113年8月1日(星期四)下午5點截止。 |
| 五、 | 活動地點：崇義高中操場或室內打擊及牛棚練習場。 |
| 六、 | 活動費用： |
| (一) | 住宿費用：5000元(含訓練費、三餐、宵夜、點心、飲品、住宿費、保險費) |
| (二) | 早鳥優惠：4500元。 |
| (三) | 早鳥報名：113年7月26日(星期五)前報名完成，贈送T恤一件、水壺。 |
| 七、 | 報名方式：線上報名(填寫Google報名表單)，訓練營課程內容，如附件。 |
