轉知平興國中辦理「113學年度教育優先區親職教育講座—找回孩子的正向情緒」活動
| 一、 | 依本府113年7月16日府政預字第1130193289號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 請本局各科室主管、各級學校機關首長及行政主管應以身作則並依法行政，謹守廉能規範及法律界線，樹立清廉透明典範，督促同仁落實「桃園市政府員工廉政倫理規範」（下稱本規範）如下： |
| (一) | 「受贈財物」：公務員遇與其職務有利害關係者餽贈，除有本規範第4點但書各款情形外，應予拒絕或退還，並簽報長官及知會政風機構；無法退還時，應於受贈之日起3日內，交政風機構處理。 |
| (二) | 「飲宴應酬」：公務員遇與其職務有利害關係者飲宴應酬，除有本規範第7點第1項但書各款情形外，不得參加，且於例外因公務禮儀、民俗節慶公開舉辦之活動等情形，應依第10點規定，簽報長官及知會政風機構後始得參加。 |
| (三) | 「請託關說」：公務員對於涉及請託關說事項，亦應落實本規範第11點規定，應於3日內簽報長官及知會政風機構，以維護民眾對公務員公正執行職務之信賴。 |
| 三、 | 廉政倫理事件之簽報與知會登錄程序，係基於「公開透明」原則所設，旨在為當事人提供即時澄清事實之管道，可避免日後遭受誣告或檢舉時，出現無法證明清白之窘境，再者，若公務員爾後被檢舉接受司法機關調查時，亦可透過廉政倫理登錄程序即時釐清。 |
