| 主旨： | 檢送本市113「校園防毒守門員」師資培訓實施計畫，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署112年9月28日臺教國署學字第1120130150號函暨本局112年11月21日桃教學字第1120117360號函諒達。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭研習實施計畫相關資訊摘列如下：(詳如附件1) |
| (一) | 培訓對象：招募具反毒教育熱忱之教職員、 家長、退休公教人員、公益志工(含春暉志工) 及學務創新人力等為培訓對象，擴充反毒入班宣導師資人力。 |
| (二) | 本次培訓區分「研習」及「認證」2階段方式辦理，實施日期、地點摘列如下： |
| １、 | 研習：訂於113年8月21日假古華花園飯店(桃園市中壢區民權路398號)辦理。 |
| ２、 | 認證：訂於113年8月22日於內壢高中(桃園市中壢區成章四街120號)辦理。 |
| (三) | 即日起至113年8月16日止至下列方式報名： |
| １、 | 學校現職人員：全國教師在職進修資訊網登錄報名(https://www4.inservice.edu.tw/index2-3.aspx)；高中課程代碼4473544；國中課程代碼4473556；國小課程代碼4473505。 |
| ２、 | 家長、退休公教人員、公益志工：請至指定表單(https://forms.gle/oHB17caGfkvWg91t9)報名。 |
| (四) | 培訓及認證課程全程參與核予研習時數12小時，通過認證始頒發證書。 |
| 三、 | 本市各級學校防毒守門員師資現員統計詳如附件3，請各校務必派員參訓，以擴充師資人力。 |
| 四、 | 凡參訓人員請惠予公（差）假及課務派代。 |
| 五、 | 如因課程需要，研習人員得自行攜帶個人筆記型電腦1部（ 教室不提供插座充電），並先行下載課程內容。 |
