| 一、 | 依據財團法人天下雜誌教育基金會113年11月25日天教字第1130000125號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 財團法人天下雜誌教育基金會於2004年啟動希望閱讀計畫，長期投入偏鄉閱讀教育，幫助孩子培養一生帶得走的閱讀能力。20年來，看見無數個孩子因為閱讀和老師的陪伴，生命變得不一樣。 |
| 三、 | 該會特別製作《故事開始的地方—希望閱讀》紀錄片，記錄偏鄉師生因為「閱讀」與「陪伴」改變人生的故事，透過真實的偏鄉師生故事，看見老師對學生的深遠影響。 |
