| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據113年11月6日桃教小字第1130105246號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭計畫申請辦法如下： |
| (一) | 每校最高補助一萬元，共計補助30校。 |
| (二) | 對象：本市所屬學校學生人數至少20人以上，帶隊教師及講師另計。 |
| (三) | 申請學校需繳交欲辦理之課程教案(若有學習單請一併提供)，格式如附檔，待本中心審核後決定補助名單。 |
| (四) | 申請課程限桃園市內可實施戶外教育之地點，包括本市環教場域、校內攀樹、定向活動等各式戶外體驗課程，不包含遊樂區景點。 |
| (五) | 補助項目(不含雜支)限：門票、體驗費、車資、膳費、學生保險、講師鐘點費(內/外聘請說明)等，不足由各校自籌。 |
| (六) | 申請表及教案請掃描PDF檔email至戶海中心信箱tycoemec@dsjhs.tyc.edu.tw，正本待核定後辦理核銷再一併寄回。 |
| (七) | 核定公告後，活動辦理期限至114年6月底止。 |
| 三、 | 申請表單及教案格式請詳閱附件或上桃園戶海中心官網，查閱核定公告及相關資訊http://www.oemec.tyc.edu.tw。 |
