轉知「爆手雷整人玩具宣導事項」

一、近期大陸媒體報導爆手雷整人玩具存在安全隱憂，查繫案商品係整人玩具，屬該局公告應施檢驗玩具商品範圍，進口及出廠前須經該局檢驗符合CNS4797-3等規定，貼附商品檢驗標識，始能於國內市場上銷售。

二、該局曾於113年執行多件進口旨揭商品檢驗時，發現其產生之噪音值不符合前揭規定，已要求不准進口，且因會產生噴濺小碎片，如朝人體(如眼睛)使用，恐產生危害。

請家長應選購貼有商品檢驗標識之玩具，及不宜使用爆手雷整人玩具，以免發生危害。
