| 主旨： | 檢送國立臺南大學視障教育與重建中心辦理「114年度聽障教育專精學分班」課程簡章（含相關表件）1份，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據國立臺南大學114年5月6日南大視訓字第1140008990號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭辦理資訊如下(詳如簡章)： |
| (一) | 辦理日期： |
| １、 | 第一階段：114年暑假（114年7月1日至114年8月7日，週一至週五）。 |
| ２、 | 第二階段：114年4至5月間三日外埠教育機構參訪。 |
| (二) | 訓練地點：國立臺南大學啟明苑或訂約之教育實習機構。 |
| (三) | 訓練名額：20名。 |
| (四) | 錄取資格(依錄取優先順率排列)： |
| １、 | 國立及私立高級中等學校（含職業學校及特殊學校）及各直轄市、縣市國民中學 之特殊教育現職正式專任教師。 |
| ２、 | 公私立國小附幼或公私立幼兒園之特殊教育現職正式專任教師。 |
| ３、 | 公私立國小現職普通班正式教師。 |
| ４、 | 國立直轄市立及私立高級中等學校（含職業學校及特殊教育學校）及各直轄市、 縣市現任國民中小學（含幼兒園）具特教合格教師證之現職代理代課教師。 |
| ５、 | 聽障服務人員，具兩年以上實務工作經驗。 |
| ６、 | 大專院校現職資源教室輔導員。 |
| (五) | 報名方式：請於114年5月23日（星期五）前，將各項資料由學校單位或服務單位函送國立臺南大學視障教育與重建中心（以郵戳為憑，逾期恕不受理）。 |
