| 主旨： | 重申學校協助公告陸方活動訊息應注意事項及落實填報登錄平臺一案，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署114年5月13日臺教國署原字第1140045252號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 近期接獲反映學校協助公告或轉發陸方活動訊息，涉中國大陸黨政對臺交流工作，我方學校協助宣傳活動訊息亦有不妥，屬各校主動檢視是否有前揭協助對臺交流工作情事之公告並撤除，避免誤涉協助陸方統戰工作。 |
| 三、 | 教育部於108年建置「赴陸教育交流活動登錄平臺」，多次宣導及通函提醒落實填報上開平臺及相關注意事項。學校如有協助陸方公告活動訊息，應審慎檢核是否符合臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例、相關法規及現行政策，並於公告日前或公告日起3日內至上開平臺之「協助公告陸方活動訊息」頁面登錄，請學校落實校內通報及填報檢核機制。 |
| 四、 | 檢附上開平臺操作手冊及檢核表各1份。 |
