| 一、 | 依據本府婦幼發展局114年5月14日桃婦權字第1140010636號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為推動性別友善與經期平權，該局擬透過教育倡議與空間實踐雙軌並進，鼓勵桃園市年輕男性及學子透過短影音創作，參與月經平權對話，促進社會對月經議題的理解與支持，擬辦理計畫如下： |
| (一) | 活動名稱：「我與月亮的故事：男聲出場打開月經話題」。 |
| (二) | 對象：設籍桃園市15至25歲男性市民。 |
| (三) | 徵件時間：即日起至5月24日(六)止。 |
| (四) | 活動方式：由年輕男性市民拍攝3分鐘以內原創影片上傳YouTube頻道，該局邀請專家評選出20件作品，於5月28日「世界經期日」當日公布於本局臉書，並請民眾上網分享觀後感想。 |
| (五) | 鼓勵機制：提供入選作品新臺幣(下同)2,000元現金禮券，並針對留言者抽出40名提供500元現金禮券。 |
