| 主旨： | 函轉衛生福利部國民健康署辦理112年「走路趣尋寶，全臺齊步走」全民健走線上競賽啟動記者會及活動簡章各1份，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據衛生福利部國民健康署112年5月29日國健社字第1120260884號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為提升我國全民身體活動，倡議民眾於日常生活中運用零星時間運動以及參與全民健走線上競賽，使民眾運用生活多種機會進行身體活動，衛生福利部國民健康署辦理旨揭活動，說明如下： |
| (一) | 活動背景與目的：邀請民眾參與健走活動，利用相關App記錄健走軌跡完成目標即可參與抽獎；今年度於全臺擴大建立70條虛擬尋寶健走路線增加活動趣味，完成任務還能兌換豐厚好禮，鼓勵不同族群的民眾走向戶外場域進行身體活動。 |
| (二) | 活動時間：自112年6月3日(星期六)起至112年11月17日(星期五)止(24週)。 |
| １、 | 啟動記者會(6月3日)：於臺北市二二八和平紀念公園露天音樂台辦理，說明4大主題活動，宣示活動起跑及進行活動體驗，當日參與健走即可參加摸彩。 |
| ２、 | 活動一－全民齊步走(6月3日至11月17日)：加入「走路趣尋寶 全臺齊步走」專屬Line@，透過運動軌跡紀錄App開始步行，上傳步行截圖畫面即可參加抽獎。 |
| ３、 | 活動二－走路尋寶趣(7月1日至11月17日)：運用「健行筆記App」之70條步道路線，活動及獎勵機制如下： |
| (１) | 活動I－隨時養成好腳力：不限任何時間與地點，每次累計步行400公尺，上傳健走紀錄即可獲得抽獎機會，上傳次數越多，獲獎機率越高。 |
| (２) | 活動II－全臺尋寶好有趣：於「走路趣尋寶 全臺齊步走」活動專區，任意選定活動專屬健走步道，開始步行蒐集虛擬Q寶，完成任務即可兌換獎品。 |
| (３) | 活動III－並肩作戰好團結：團體比賽機制，以5人為上限，統計團隊累計虛擬Q寶撿取數量，鼓勵民眾以親子家庭為單位參與。 |
