| 主旨： | 轉知臺中市立啟明學校與臺中北區扶輪社共同舉辦「2025扶輪全國視障生愛樂音樂夏令營」一案，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據臺中市政府教育局114年6月3日中市教特字第11400504531號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動資訊摘要如下： |
| (一) | 報名日期：即日起至114年7月18日（星期五）止，或額滿為止。 |
| (二) | 報名方式：填寫報名表後回傳至臺中市立啟明學校。 |
| (三) | 活動日期：114年8月11日（星期一）至同年8月14日（星期四）。 |
| (四) | 活動地點：臺中市立啟明學校。 |
| (五) | 參加人數：50名，包含40名視障生，另開放10個名額供臺中市高中職熱愛音樂之學生報名參加。 |
| (六) | 活動費用：免費。 |
| (七) | 交通及住宿方式： |
| １、 | 交通請自行負責。 |
| ２、 | 無特殊疾病且有生活自理能力之學員，活動期間可免費申請留宿臺中市立啟明學校學生宿舍；主辦單位條件審核通過後方能住宿。 |
| 三、 | 檢附旨揭活動企劃書1份。 |
