| 一、 | 本（114）年度旨揭活動漫畫組徵件對象為國中以下（含國中）學生，短片組徵件對象為高中（職）及大學（專）在學學生。 |
| 二、 | 本年度徵件期間自114年7月1日至10月1日，採線上報名。徵件活動相關訊息及報名資料下載，即日起請至下列網站搜尋：活動官網（https://www.mojgov2025.com.tw/）、本部「More法狀元」網站（https://tpmr.moj.gov.tw）「年度活動」或facebook搜尋：「More法狀元-兒童及青少年犯罪預防宣導網」。 |
| 三、 | 為擴大活動參與度，特針對國小1-3年級組採雙規格收件，即以八開(39×27公分)圖畫紙或四開(39×54公分)圖畫紙實體創作或電腦繪圖均可。 |
| 四、 | 本年度對於投稿參與活動之學生及其指導老師，除可參與抽獎活動外，法務部並將分別發給相關證明、獎狀或感謝狀乙紙。 |
