說明：
一、 依行政院人事行政總處（以下簡稱人事總處）114年6月16日總處綜字第1141001140號書函辦理，並檢附原書函影本1份。
二、 人事總處為期推廣員工協助方案(以下簡稱EAP)政策推動重點，以增加辦理業務知能及提升服務品質，特製作旨揭影音短片置於該總處全球資訊網/公務人員/EAP專區/如何辦理EAP（https://www.dgpa.gov.tw/mp/submenu?uid=225&mid=223）項下，請參考運用。
三、 另如有與廠商簽訂EAP委外服務契約者，宜於契約條款或招標需求中，明定廠商應提供具備合法資格之專業人員名單，並於履約期間持續落實合法專業證書或執業執照之查驗作業，以維護服務品質。
