| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署114年7月11日臺教國署學字第1140064396號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 依據疾管署監測資料顯示，近年國內15至24歲年輕族群淋病及梅毒確定病例分別自107年1,265例及1,301例逐年上升至113年2,498例及1,755例，增幅達97%及35%，凸顯校園性傳染病防治之重要性。 |
| 三、 | 疾管署與教育部合作，以增能校園工作人員及學生為策略，促進學生安全性行為認知及實質，協助法定性傳染病的檢驗及診斷，以達到促進年輕族群性健康並減少性傳染病的發生。 |
| 四、 | 旨揭專區內容分為一般民眾、教育人員、醫事公衛人員、多國語言衛教素材及其他相關資源，內容包含：避孕、安全性行為、各項性傳染病認識、預防、診斷、治療、篩檢、去汙名化及友善就醫等資訊，並同步更新避孕方式闢謠QA相關內容，請逕至疾管署全球資訊網「首頁/傳染病與防疫專題/傳染病介紹/第三類法定傳染病/梅毒或淋病/性傳染病衛教資源或Q&A」查詢運用。 |
| 五、 | 自114年7月1日起，疾管署委託全國13家醫院提供「性傳染病匿名諮詢服務」，民眾可透過電話、E-mail、Line@等多元管道進行諮詢，且為鼓勵年輕族群主動篩檢，亦提供「24歲(含)以下年輕族群或學生梅毒快速篩檢服務」，符合資格者憑相關證明文件可免費接受梅毒快速篩檢，有關旨揭醫院聯絡方式之詳細資訊請查詢網址：https://gov.tw/22y。 |
| 六、 | 另考量各學齡階段在認知發展及性教育需求不同，疾管署製作適用國中及高中學齡階段之性傳染病校園跑馬燈宣導標語，請貴校協助於校園跑馬燈或其他適當管道，適時露出適切標語，以強化資訊傳播效益。 |
