有關擔任第11屆立法委員罷免案及114年全國性公民投票本市選務工作人員相關補假事項一案，請查照。
說明：
一、 依據桃園市選舉委員會114年7月16日桃選一字第1143150277號函辦理。
二、 旨揭罷免案及公民投票經分別定於114年7月26及8月23日舉行投票，有關投票日擔任選務工作人員者，准予補假1天。
三、 擔任本市選務工作人員並參加選務工作人員講習者，請所屬機關同意均以公假登記為原則。若因業務期程或各區公所講習時間安排等因素選擇參加星期六、日（或平日晚上）之場次，可補休半日並於2年內補休完畢。
四、 擔任本市投開票所工作人員者，於投票前一日至公所點領罷免票或公投票及佈置投開票所場地期間，請所屬機關同意准予公假。
五、 檢附桃園市選舉委員會來函影本供參。
