函轉原住民族委員會「修正一百十四年度原住民族歲時祭儀放假日期」1份，請查照並惠予公告週知。
說明：
一、 依據原住民族委員會114年8月7日原民綜字第11400375341號公告暨114年7月17日原民綜字11400330661號函辦理。
二、 查《紀念日及節日實施條例》已於本（114）年5月30日經總統公布，條文明定原住民族歲時祭儀，由該會參酌各該原住民族習俗及徵詢各該原住民族部落意見後公告，並刊登政府公報，且原住民得依其族別歲時祭儀擇定三日放假。
三、 該會依前開規定已於7月17日發布「修正一百十四年度原住民族歲時祭儀放假日期」公告並刊登行政院公報，為保障族人依法申請休假權益，以及機關單位與雇主應依法給假避免違法，隨函檢附常見問答集，敬請惠允協助宣導及轉知所屬(轄)單位。
