| 二、 | 敬請於期限內完成報名作業；業已報名者，倘經審查報名資料不完整者，將以email通知惠請留意，以免影響應考資格。 |
| 三、 | 為協助尚未取得身分證之國民中小學童順利取得報名資格，惠請各校師長協助考生出具資訊完整之在學證明暨用印事宜。 |
