| 主旨： | 有關「教師的AI素養、需求及期望調查」，請協助轉知並鼓勵貴校所屬教師惠予協助填寫，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 旨揭調查係為瞭解教師之AI素養、需求及期望，透過資料蒐集與分析，作為本局後續AI計畫推動之重要參考依據。 |
| 二、 | 本次調查採線上填答方式進行，填答相關事項說明如下： |
| (一) | 調查期間：即日起至114年10月10日（星期五）。 |
| (二) | 調查對象：現職教師。 |
| (三) | 填答網址： https://edupolicy.tw/ques/pollcds202508 。 |
| (四) | 填寫時間：約 10 分鐘。 |
| (五) | 問卷不記名，必須一次完成，無法中途儲存。 |
| (六) | 所有資料僅作整體分析，不涉及個人，請放心填答。 |
| 三、 | 填答獎勵規定如下： |
| (一) | 一般獎：凡完整填答者，得填具常用電子郵件信箱參加抽獎，中獎名單訂於114年12月10日（星期三）公告於財團法人黃昆輝教授教育基金會官網，並另以電子郵件通知得獎者。 |
| (二) | 推薦獎：填答完成後，系統即提供個人專屬網址，可邀請中小學現職教師填寫。推薦人數愈多，獲獎機率愈高。 |
