說明：
一、依據國立臺中教育大學112年2月17日臺中大學師培字第1121060069號函辦理。
二、依原住民族教育法第37條及原住民族教育師資修習原住民族文化及多元文化教育課程實施辦法規定，原住民族教育師資曾修習原住民族文化或多元文化教育課程之學分數或研習時數，得採計抵免。
三、本案課程抵免申請時間自即日起至112年3月31日（星期五）止，以郵戳為憑，逾期概不受理申請。
四、申請人請自行下載列印相關表格文件並填妥課程抵免申請表（申請表下載網址： https://reurl.cc/Q4p53b ），於親筆簽名後，依序將畢業證書、成績單或完成研習證明及其他佐證資料（依申請抵免科目填寫順序排序）於左上角裝訂整齊，以A4信封掛號郵寄至『403514 臺中市西區民生路140號 國立臺中教育大學 教師教育研究中心收』，信封封面請註記「申請原住民族教育師資課程抵免」。
五、檢附112年課程抵免申請資料1份，請欲申請課程抵免之教師務必詳閱相關申請規定後，再行提出申請，如有疑問請逕洽承辦人員張育瑄小姐（電話：04-22183308）。
