| 主旨： | 檢送115年夏日樂學計畫申請資料1份，請有意願申請學校自114年11月10日起至114年12月16日止提出申請，詳如說明，請查照。 |
| 說明： | 有意申辦的老師請洽教學組 |
| 一、 | 依據教育部國民及學前教育署（以下簡稱國教署）114年10月31日臺教國署國字第1145505479號函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 有關115年夏日樂學計畫申請流程如下： |
| (一) | 線上申請：請各校詳閱「國民小學及國民中學推動夏日樂學計畫」（附件1）、115年夏日樂學計畫申請說明（附件2）、經費補助項目及標準（附件3）及計畫申請書（附件4），召開會議規劃計畫內容，並至國教署國中小課程教學計畫填報系統（網址：https://teach.k12ea.gov.tw ）線上申請，填報期限自114年11月10日（星期一）起至114年12月16日（星期二）止。 |
| (二) | 紙本審查：於線上申請完成後，由本局依計畫內容完整度、課程豐富度、活動性課程比例及符合計畫精神等4項指標進行初審，請各校於114年12月19日（星期五）至國教署國中小課程教學計畫填報系統依本局初審意見修正，並備妥申請計畫紙本及經費申請表核章紙本（免備文）於114年12月23日（星期二）前逕送（寄）達本局（國小教育科）彙辦。 |
