| 一、 | 依據本市114年度友善校園學生事務與輔導工作計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 旨揭活動相關資訊如下： |
| (一) | 活動時間：114年12月6日(星期六)上午8時40分至12時40分。 |
| (二) | 活動對象： |
| １、 | 3Q達人故事甄選各類組第一名學生(家長亦可參加)、 推薦師長或行政人員務必參加。 |
| ２、 | 3Q達人故事甄選各類組得獎學生、家長。 |
| ３、 | 對生命教育議題有興趣之教師。 |
| (三) | 地點：本市忠貞國民小學二樓禮堂(桃園市平鎮區龍南路315號)。 |
| 三、 | 請核予出席人員公(差)假登記，並請於本市教育發展資源入口網報名(查詢開課單位：忠貞國小)，全程參與將核予研習時數4小時。 |
| 四、 | 校內車位有限，請盡量共乘或以大眾交通工具代步。 |
