轉知教育部函，有關公立高級中等以下學校教師（以下簡稱中小學教師）職前曾任偏遠地區幼兒園代理教師年資，經依106年5月26日修正之師資培育法第22條第2項規定抵免修習教育實習者，得否依規定提敘薪級一案，請 查照。
說明：
一、 依教育部114年11月12日臺教人(二)字第1144203876號函辦理，並檢附原函1份。
二、 查該部89年1月10日台（89）人（一）字第89000296號書函略以，中小學教師曾任幼稚園代理教師年資，不得採計提敘，爰此，依公立中小學教師職前曾任依師資培育法第22條第2項規定抵免修習教育實習之公立幼兒園代理教師年資，原係受該部89年1月10日書函規定之限制而不得採計提敘。
三、 嗣該部以114年5月14日臺教人（二）字第1140041480A號令放寬規定，明定公立中小學教師曾任公立幼兒（稚）園代理教師且服務成績優良之年資得依規定採計提敘薪級。故公立中小學教師職前曾任依師資培育法第22條第2項規定抵免修習教育實習之公立幼兒園代理教師年資，得依前開令釋規定採計提敘薪級。
