| 二、 | 旨揭鑑定重要資訊如下： |
| (一) | 申請資格：就讀本市之114學年度公私立國民小學二年級及四年級學生。 |
| (二) | 報名時間(逾時不受理)： |
| １、 | 初選：115年1月6日(星期二)上午9時至115年1月12日(星期一)下午4時止。 |
| ２、 | 複選： |
| (１) | 一般智能：115年4月7日(星期二)上午9時至114年4月13日(星期一)下午4時止。 |
| (２) | 創造能力：115年4月2日(星期四)上午9時至114年4月8日(星期三)下午4時止。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：一律採線上報名，報名網址：https://www.elemgiftedness.tyc.edu.tw/。 |

| 甲、 | 二年級：115年4月18日(星期六)。 |
| 乙、 | 四年級：115年4月19日(星期日)。 |
