| 主旨： | 有關本市東興國中辦理114學年度健康促進中心議題學校－「菸檳害防制四格漫畫徵稿競賽」一案，請貴校鼓勵師生踴躍報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本市114學年度健康促進中心議題學校－菸檳害防制四格漫畫徵稿競賽實施計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 目的：為強化大眾了解菸品與檳榔對健康的危害，特舉辦四格漫畫徵件競賽。鼓勵學生透過創意漫畫形式，發揮想像力，宣傳拒菸、拒檳觀念，共同營造健康、清新的無菸檳環境。 |
| 三、 | 參加學生：本市所屬國小、國中、高中職學生。 |
| 四、 | 得獎學生獎勵方式： |
| (一) | 特優(國小組、國中組、高中職組各取1名，共計3名)：頒發獎狀乙紙及禮券3,000元。 |
| (二) | 優等(國小組、國中組、高中職組各取1名，共計3名)：頒發獎狀乙紙及禮券2,000元。 |
| (三) | 佳作(國小組、國中組、高中職組各取3名，共計9名)：頒獎狀乙紙及禮券1,000元。 |
| 五、 | 指導老師獎勵方式： |
| (一) | 特優：嘉獎兩次。 |
| (二) | 優等：嘉獎乙次。 |
| (三) | 佳作：獎狀乙紙。 |
| (四) | 以上敘獎，將擇優擇一敘獎，不重覆敘獎。 |
| 六、 | 報名方式：請於115年3月2日(星期一)起至115年3月19日（星期四）下午五點前（郵戳為慿）將填妥之「報名表（如附件一）」黏貼於畫紙背面右下角處，連同親筆簽名之「著作權讓與同意書紙本（如附件二）」一併親送或寄送至東興國中（地址：桃園市中壢區廣州路25號，東興國中衛生組收）；並請於信封外註明「菸檳害防制四格漫畫徵稿競賽」字樣。 |
| 七、 | 另於作品送達前請將報名名單(附件三excel電子檔) e-mail至ta13@dsjhs.tyc.edu.tw，以利後續評選及獎勵事宜。 |
