| 一、 | 依據： |
| (一) | 教育部國民及學前教育署114學年度補助實施戶外教育與海洋教育計畫。 |
| (二) | 桃園市戶外教育及海洋教育中心114學年度計畫。 |
| 二、 | 本競賽旨在透過學生視角紀錄戶外教育歷程，重點說明如下： |
| (一) | 參加對象：本市各公私立國民中小學學生。 |
| (二) | 競賽組別：分為國小組及國中組。 |
| (三) | 作品主題：涵蓋生態環境、人文歷史、山野探索、休閒遊憩、社區走讀、場館參訪、城鄉共學等（惟不包含各類海洋體驗活動）。 |
| (四) | 作品主角：影片內容須以學生為主。 |
| 三、 | 報名及收件規定： |
| (一) | 每位學生限報名1件作品，每校每組至多送件2件；如超過2件，請貴校先行辦理校內初選。 |
| (二) | 每隊學生至多4名，指導老師1至2名（其中1名須為校內正式教職人員），同一教師得指導多隊。 |
| (三) | 報名方式：請於115年3月9日23:00前至競賽網站（https://reporter.dsjhs.tyc.edu.tw）完成資料登錄，並將核章後之報名表及相關資料寄至「320048 桃園市中壢區廣州路25號 戶外教育及海洋教育中心收」（信封請註明「戶外教育小記者比賽」）。 |
| 四、 | 檢附本案競賽辦法（含報名表）1份，相關資訊詳如附件。 |
